We accept lease terms of 6 months or 12 months. If you elect to have a short-term lease of 6 months, there's an additional $50 fee that's added to your rent.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Avalon is a pet-friendly community. We have breed restrictions which you can find here. We do require a pet fee. Please see our Pet Policy for details.
How do I pay rent?
Residents can pay rent online through our resident portal. Download the MyResMan app or go to the login at the top of the website.
What is the guest policy?
Guests are welcome, but overnight stays beyond 14 consecutive days require prior approval.
